Our Principles:

We believe our values are key to our success and we always seek to improve on these by keeping up to date with any required training and courses and regularly liaising with clients for feedback on completed projects.
Health and Safety
Safety is the most important aspect of our service. Beshore Scaffolding Ltd provide a fully trained and highly experienced workforce that are capable of dealing with a wide range of scaffolding requiremens in a safe and efficient manner.
Our supervisors continually receive extensive, up to date training to ensure both our customer’s and regulatory requirements are met.

Supervision
We employ competent and experienced supervisors to manage our operatives at all times.
Risk & Method
We produce detailed and job-specific Method Statements, along with on-site Toolbox Talks on safety issues to increase the safety awareness of our scaffolding teams and the quality of our on-site service.
Safety Monitoring / Surveillance
Safety systems are continually monitored and reviewed with a view to the implementation of preventative actions and improvements plans.
Safety Inspections
We carry out regular scaffolding inspections to each and every scaffold we erect, this is followed up with a full report and scafftag system implemented.
Professional Advice
We employ professional safety advisors to inform us of the latest legislation and guidelines in construction safety and training, to ensure are always up to date in our health and safety methods and actions.
Personal Protective Equipment
Each of our employees are issued with all the required items of personal protective equipment that are necessary to carry out their work in a safe manner. Controlled records are maintained and updated frequently regarding any necessary inspection, maintenance and replacement.
